Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in the preparation of construction sites, including clearing, digging, and leveling.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport building materials, tools, and equipment to and from the site.
- Machine Operation: Operate heavy machinery and power tools as directed by supervisors.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris and organizing tools.
- Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople with various manual labor tasks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous construction or labor experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Driver's License: Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
- Work Ethic: Must be punctual, reliable, and willing to work in various weather conditions.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal instructions.
