Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including loading, unloading, and transporting materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Follow detailed blueprints and site instructions to ensure project accuracy.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high productivity.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and site managers.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
