Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians) with various tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Perform site preparation, digging, and basic demolition duties as needed.
- Follow blueprints and instructions provided by site supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including lifting 50+ lbs.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and a desire to learn new skills.
- Experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is a plus.
