Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and grading the area.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual labor.
- Tool Operation: Operate and maintain basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with carpenters, electricians, and other trades to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe job site.
- Cleanup: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
- Ability to perform heavy manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Must be available to work full-time, including weekends and overtime if necessary.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow instructions.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
