Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual labor.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic construction tools and equipment under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing waste and organizing tools after each shift.
- Support Trades: Provide essential support to carpenters, electricians, and masons as directed.
- Quality Control: Help ensure all work meets our high standards and project specifications.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to Learn: A positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills in a trade environment.
- Reliability: Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with foremen and team members.
- Driver's License: A valid driver’s license is preferred but not always required.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated with a strong desire to build a long-term career.
