Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks on construction sites, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with specific tasks, such as framing, drywall hanging, or concrete pouring.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Load and unload materials from trucks, ensuring proper organization and storage.
- Perform site cleanup, including debris removal and trash disposal.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA 10 preferred but not required).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment.
