Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up temporary structures.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic power tools and hand tools under the supervision of experienced crew members.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Support: Provide general labor support to skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, and masons.
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily time sheets and material logs.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform strenuous physical labor for extended periods, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and willing to work full-time hours including weekends if necessary.
- Communication: Basic ability to follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors.
- Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the Miami job site.
- Experience: No prior construction experience is required. We are looking for motivated candidates ready to learn.
