Job Summary
We are looking for reliable and energetic laborers to support our construction projects. You will work under the supervision of foremen and site managers to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, carrying materials, and cleaning the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily operations and project needs.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and scaffolding.
- Ensure a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents.
- Communicate effectively with the crew and site supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- No prior experience required, but a strong work ethic is essential.
- Ability to read and understand basic safety signs and instructions.
