Responsibilities
- Operate power tools and construction machinery safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, drywall, roofing, and general site preparation.
- Load and unload construction materials from delivery trucks and organize job sites.
- Follow blueprints and project specifications to ensure accurate execution.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform basic site cleanup, including debris removal and waste disposal.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for long periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols and PPE usage.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks and environments.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
