Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform site preparation, including digging, leveling, and cleaning.
- Follow all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and diagrams.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to perform physically demanding labor for long periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
