Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and efficient plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance on residential and commercial systems.
- Diagnose complex issues using advanced diagnostic tools and blueprints to provide effective solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including clear communication, accurate quoting, and respectful on-site behavior.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site in compliance with safety regulations.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal plumbing codes and safety standards at all times.
- Train and mentor junior apprentices to ensure high-quality work across the team.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman or Master Plumber license required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment and working in various weather conditions.
- Availability for occasional emergency calls and weekend work.
