Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Learn to interpret blueprints and electrical schematics under supervision.
- Perform basic tasks such as pulling wire, stripping insulation, and terminating connections.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Handle electrical tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- No prior electrical experience is required. We are looking for the right attitude and willingness to learn.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
