- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with material handling
- Prepare construction sites (clearing, excavation support)
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials
- Assist with concrete pouring and finishing
Qualifications
- No prior experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
