Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, grading, and concrete pouring operations
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with precision
- Install/repair scaffolding and temporary structures
- Maintain strict OSHA compliance protocols
- Coordinate with site supervisors and cross-functional teams
- Perform equipment maintenance and safety inspections
- Manage material inventory and waste disposal
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75 lbs repeatedly
- Available for 8-hour night shifts (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
