Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including framing, drywall, concrete work, and general site preparation.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment safely to and from job sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools efficiently under supervision.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Follow all project instructions and safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and physical environments.
- Basic math skills for measuring materials and reading basic measurements.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
