Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, and masons) with on-site construction duties.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and organize job sites.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, and compactors.
- Follow project blueprints and instructions from site supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License is required.
- Must have the physical stamina to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
