Responsibilities
- Load and unload building materials and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, masons) with various tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Prepare and clean construction sites daily.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Move debris and rubble using wheelbarrows or forklifts.
- Perform general labor tasks as directed by the Site Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards (OSHA).
- Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
