Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation tasks including excavation, trenching, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and installation
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Read blueprints and follow verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Basic tool knowledge or willingness to learn quickly
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Team-oriented attitude with clear communication skills
- Willingness to travel within Colorado Springs metro area
- 18+ years of age (required)
