Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Load/unload materials and operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Assist carpenters and masons with layout and framing tasks
- Maintain clean work areas and comply with OSHA regulations
- Perform basic excavation and grading tasks as needed
- Transport materials via forklift or dump truck (training provided)
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Fresno County
- Flexible availability for early morning/weekend shifts
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measuring materials
