Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely (hammers, saws, drills)
- Read and interpret simple construction plans and instructions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
- Complete daily reports and communicate progress to supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- No prior experience required – training provided
