Responsibilities
- Perform general site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete pouring, and finishing work
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions (heat, heights, noise)
- Basic math skills for measurement calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Maricopa County
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- Team player with positive attitude
