Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks like digging, loading/unloading materials, and operating hand tools
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, electricians) on-site
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Read and interpret basic construction plans
- Operate light machinery (e.g., saws, drills, forklifts) with training
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Team player with strong communication skills
- No prior experience required – training provided!
- Availability for 10+ hour shifts and occasional weekends
