Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and trenching as per blueprints and safety protocols
- Operate hand/power tools including jackhammers, saws, and concrete mixers
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Assist in framing, concrete pouring, and finishing tasks
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
- Complete daily task reports and time tracking accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction materials
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with zero-tolerance policy
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Team player with excellent communication skills
