Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks (carpentry, masonry, etc.)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per safety protocols
- Follow blueprints and project specifications accurately

Qualifications
