Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools (hammers, saws, drills) and heavy equipment safely
- Assist skilled tradespersons with carpentry, masonry, and concrete work
- Maintain job site cleanliness, waste disposal, and safety compliance
- Read blueprints and follow construction plans with precision
- Participate in scaffolding setup and demolition activities
- Adapt to weather conditions and project deadlines efficiently
Qualifications
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong teamwork communication in English/Spanish
