Responsibilities
- Site Preparation & Cleanup: Assist in site preparation, excavation, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
- Machinery Support: Operate and assist with the operation of heavy machinery and hand tools under supervision.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Project Assistance: Support general contractors and foremen in various tasks to ensure project milestones are met.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless workflow and project execution.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Must be physically fit and able to perform heavy labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Driver's License: Valid Driver’s License is required.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time work, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Experience: Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus; however, we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Tools: Basic knowledge of construction hand tools and safety gear is preferred.
- Location Flexibility: Must be willing to travel to job sites in Cleveland, OH and surrounding Pennsylvania areas.
