Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting materials on job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily operations and specific project tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and effectively under supervision.
- Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations (OSHA).
- Follow blueprints and directions from supervisors to meet project milestones.
- Handle heavy lifting and physical demands associated with construction work.
- Maintain a positive attitude and strong commitment to teamwork.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) consistently.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and teamwork.
