Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including framing, drywalling, painting, and electrical support.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
- Perform general site cleanup, including removal of debris and waste materials.
- Measure and cut materials to specifications under supervision.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools safely.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and site-specific regulations.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- No prior experience is required; we value attitude and work ethic over history.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work in various weather conditions for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screening.
- Basic reading and math skills for following instructions and measurements.
