Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage construction materials and tools at job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment, including forklifts and skid steers, as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Perform general site cleanup and debris removal.
- Assist in digging, trenching, and pouring concrete under supervision.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects weighing up to 50+ pounds frequently.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
