Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and HVAC technicians) with daily tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools at job sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and moving materials as required.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and site plans.
- Perform minor site cleanup and waste removal.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods (standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (on-the-job training provided for eager learners).
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
