Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily on-site tasks.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling the ground.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools under strict supervision.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform basic measurements and assist with blueprint interpretation.
- Transport materials between job sites as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a cohesive team.
