Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks.
- Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, skid steers, and scissor lifts when certified.
- Perform basic site preparation including digging, leveling, and concrete finishing.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints and basic diagrams.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material ordering.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Background check and drug screen required.
