As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in bringing construction projects to life. We are looking for individuals who are physically fit, detail-oriented, and ready to learn.
Responsibilities
- Assist in various phases of construction projects, including framing, concrete pouring, and finishing.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks, ensuring proper storage and safety on the site.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Follow blueprints, diagrams, and safety regulations to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris and organizing tools.
- Perform basic measurements and calculations as needed for the project.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and foremen to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Commitment to following all company safety protocols.
