Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Learn to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure all work strictly complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project status and needs.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
- Basic understanding of mathematics is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions (hot/cold).
- Strong desire to learn and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
