Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials for use at the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks and operations.
- Operate construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and verbal instructions from supervisors.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects as required.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- Experience in general labor or construction is preferred but not required.
