Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, loading, and unloading materials.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of construction sites to maintain a clean work environment.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to ensure a safe workplace.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project goals are met.
- Transport materials and tools to and from the job site as directed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work well in a team setting.
