Responsibilities
- Execute physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery under supervision
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work environments
- Assist skilled tradesmen with layout, framing, and finishing tasks
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance
- Adhere to project timelines and communicate progress to supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong teamwork ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
