Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Perform cleanup and debris removal at job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Support skilled trades with basic construction tasks
- Maintain equipment and work area organization
- Complete daily progress reports as assigned
- Work Saturdays and Sundays with weekday availability
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to pass background/drug screening
- Basic tool operation knowledge preferred
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow verbal/written instructions
