Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Load and unload construction materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, leveling ground, and erecting scaffolding.
- Assist carpenters, electricians, and other skilled trades with daily operations.
- Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Operate power tools and construction equipment under supervision.
- Transport materials between storage areas and job sites efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work at heights and in confined spaces as required.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards (OSHA preferred but not required).
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
