Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and blueprints
- Support skilled tradespeople on residential/commercial projects
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Flexible availability for extended hours/weekends
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Construction experience beneficial but not required
