Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and prepare construction materials for daily use.
- Site Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as directed.
- Tool Operation: Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Demolition: Perform light demolition and cleanup tasks as required.
- Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- License: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Experience: Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures is preferred but on-the-job training is available.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, hardworking, and dependable.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
