Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively under night shift supervision
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction activities and material staging
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and follow all safety protocols
- Load/un construction materials and equipment as needed
- Adhere to project timelines and quality standards
- Participate in pre-shift safety briefings and toolbox talks
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability for night shifts (typically 6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
- Team player with clear communication skills
