- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Assist skilled trades with carpentry, concrete pouring, and equipment operation

- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery under supervision
- Perform cleanup and debris removal to ensure site safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions and variable weather
