Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Communicate effectively with crew leads and supervisors to ensure project goals are met.
- Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
- Assist with concrete pouring, framing, or general site preparation as directed.
Qualifications
- No previous construction experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic math skills for measurements and counting materials.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety instructions.
