Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily site operations and material handling.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently according to OSHA standards.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and safety plans.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly without assistance.
- Valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime when necessary.
- No prior experience required; paid safety training provided for the right candidate.
