Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Prepare work areas by clearing debris and setting up staging.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools under supervision.
- Mix concrete, sand, and cement for foundations and structures.
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior experience is required; we teach you everything you need to know.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Must have a valid ID and be legally authorized to work in the US.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screening.
