Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks and duties.
- Prepare work sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up forms.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and instructions from supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and hold materials weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety practices.
- Valid Driver's License (not always required, but preferred).
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
