Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently and safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks and installations.
- Operate basic construction tools and heavy machinery under supervision.
- Clean and prepare job sites, ensuring debris removal and organized work areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure worksite.
- Perform general site maintenance and support general construction operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and a desire to learn new skills.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety (OSHA 10) is a plus but not required.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
