Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling the ground.
- Material Transport: Load, unload, and distribute building materials, tools, and equipment to the correct locations.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools under the guidance of supervisors.
- Quality Control: Assist in ensuring that work meets quality standards and project specifications.
- Site Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous general labor or construction experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Must be physically fit, able to lift 50+ lbs frequently, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and site supervisors.
