Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and debris removal.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic heavy machinery safely.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to job sites.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site protocols strictly.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various building tasks.
- Perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, and digging.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (preferred).
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred).
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Experience in construction (not required for entry-level).
